1. Data Controller

The controller of personal data collected through the natwoichzasadach.pl website is Patryk Bukowiecki, operating a mentoring business under the "Na Twoich Zasadach" brand (hereinafter: the "Controller"). 2. What data we collect

In connection with using the website, booking a free diagnostic call, or completing the self-awareness test, we may process the following data:

• data provided when booking a diagnostic call via Calendly (name, email address, and any other information you provide when scheduling),
• the email address provided when completing the self-awareness test on the site — providing your email and consenting to its processing is a necessary condition to see your test result; without it, the result will not be displayed,
• technical data collected automatically while browsing the site (e.g. IP address, browser type, device information, visit statistics collected by Google Analytics),
• data collected via cookies and similar technologies (see section 6).

Call bookings are handled via Calendly (Calendly LLC). The email address provided in the test goes directly to the MailerLite mailing system (MailerLite Limited), into the group corresponding to your test result — this is used to send you the result and related content. 2a. Consent to processing your email in the self-awareness test

To see your test result, you must provide your email address and actively check the box consenting to its processing for the purpose of sending you the result and content from Na Twoich Zasadach. This consent is the legal basis for processing your email address for this purpose (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and you may withdraw it at any time — e.g. by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in an email you receive, or by contacting the Controller. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

3. Purpose and legal basis for processing

Data is processed for the purpose of:

• contacting you and conducting a free diagnostic call — based on your consent and on steps taken prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR),
• the potential conclusion and performance of a contract for participation in the mentoring program (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
• direct marketing of our own services, including staying in touch (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — the Controller's legitimate interest),
• ensuring the proper functioning and security of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Data retention period

Data is stored for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected — in particular for the duration of contact, the mentoring process, and any period required by law (e.g. tax law), and in the case of marketing consent — until it is withdrawn.

5. Who we share data with

Data may be shared with parties that support the Controller in running the business, in particular:

• the meeting-scheduling tool provider (Calendly LLC),
• the mailing system provider, where the email address given in the test is stored and result emails are sent from (MailerLite Limited),
• the website traffic analytics provider (Google Analytics, Google LLC),
• the website's hosting and technical infrastructure providers,
• accounting and legal service providers, where necessary.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area — in such cases, transfers rely on GDPR-compliant mechanisms (e.g. standard contractual clauses).

6. Cookies and analytics

On your first visit to the site, you'll see a banner asking for your consent to cookies. Google Analytics only loads after you click "Accept" — if you click "Decline" or close the banner without choosing, analytics tools will not load. You can change your decision at any time by clearing the site's data in your browser settings (which will make the banner appear again).

The site uses Google Analytics to analyze traffic and how the site is used (e.g. number of visits, pages viewed, device type). The site also uses a MailerLite script to display a newsletter signup popup and related analytics (e.g. recognizing returning visitors). Both tools may use cookies for these purposes and only load after cookies are accepted in the banner. You can manage cookies in your browser settings, including blocking or deleting cookies already stored. Restricting cookies may affect some site features and the accuracy of the statistics collected.

7. Your rights

In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the right to:

• access your data and receive a copy of it,
• rectify (correct) your data,
• erase your data or restrict its processing,
• object to the processing of your data,
• data portability,
• withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal,
• lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), or with your local supervisory authority.

8. Voluntary provision of data

Providing data when booking a call is voluntary, but necessary in order for us to contact you and schedule a meeting. Providing your email address and consent in the self-awareness test is voluntary, but required to see your test result — this is a clearly stated condition of using this feature, disclosed to you before you use it.

9. Changes to this privacy policy

This privacy policy may be updated periodically, in particular in connection with changes in the law or in how the website operates. The current version of this document is always available at this address.
